How To Get To Aarhus Ferry Port

  • Aarhus Ferry Port by Car

    From the north, turn off motorway E45 at Århus Nord. Turn left and follow Søftenvej towards Århus. At IKEA follow Randersvej towards Århus. Continue straight ahead, follow Nørrebrogade and Nørreport. Continue over Nørreport traffic lights and follow Sibirien. Follow the roundabout and turn towards Mols-Linien off road no. 2 (Dalargade). From the south, follow E45 towards Århus Syd. At the end of the motorway, continue straight across the traffic lights. Continue straight over Åhavevej and then continue on Marselis Boulevard and at the end of this, turn left. Follow Sydhavnsgade, follow Mindet. Continue straight, follow Nordhavnsgade, follow the roundabout and turn towards Mols-Linien off road no. 1 (Dalargade).

  • Aarhus Ferry Port by Train

    Århus train station is located 10-15 minutes’ walk from the port. Århus is served by commuter trains that connect the city itself with neighbouring towns. There are also train services to both north Jutland and to Zealand, with regular services to and from Copenhagen.

  • Aarhus Ferry Port by Bus

    Bus no. 91 runs between Århus port and Århus train station and Århus bus terminal. There are many local buses in Århus and most connect to the bus terminal, which is only 10-15 minutes’ walk from the port. All buses are operated by Midttrafik.

  • Aarhus Ferry Port Parking

    There is parking between Nordhavnsgade and Kystvejen on the route between Sibirien/Nørreport and the old Toldbod. The parking facility is called Skolebakken.
