In June 2016, Attica Group and BMCE Bank of Africa Group signed an agreement to operate maritime services from Morocco to Europe through the newly-established Moroccan company AFRICA MOROCCO LINKS (“AML”).

AFRICA MOROCCO LINKS (AML) operates between Morocco and Spain offering up to 11 sailings per day from the port of Tanger Med to the port of Algeciras, providing high quality and reliable transportation services for passengers, trucks and private vehicles, combining comfort and luxury with speed and functionality.

While on board, passengers experience comfortable accommodation, multiple options of entertainment whether that is choosing a gift from the shop, having a drink at the bar or eating a quick snack in the self service restaurant, while enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. The ship left an hour late both times. The facilities were fine, you have actual Moroccan food on board and the crowd is mostly Moroccan, which I found nice, but if you're trying to get someplace on schedule, then you probably should go with one of the Spanish lines.

"Algeciras Tangier ferry"

Booking was straightforward and easy. Arriving at Algeciras was an absolute nightmare, disorganised chaos. We never got on to our booked boat and we don't know why. Alternative ferry was not good compared to to the AML we returned on. I had bad costumer liason experience and alternative number I was given the line was closed before 8pm but the message said they were open until 10pm and this was a weekday. Would recommend AML as the ship was much nicer than the first crossing that we were shoved on!!!
