Flexible Travel
No Amendment or Cancellation Fee
At Direct Ferries, we know our customers are looking for
flexibility when making their travel plans so they can book with
confidence. We understand your plans might change, whether it's
because of COVID-19 or not, so we want to make it as easy as
possible for you to manage your bookings.
No Amendment Fee
If you need to move your sailing date forward or postpone your
trip for any reason, we will not charge you an amendment fee*,
and you will only need to pay any fare difference.
No Cancellation Fee
In the unfortunate case that you're not able to travel and need
to cancel your booking altogether, we will not charge you a
cancellation fee.
Book your trip securely
Not all bookings are amendable or cancellable, this depends on
each ferry companies' terms and conditions, but wherever they
are, we will not charge you a fee for making any changes you
need to make to your booking.
We all love to travel, and planning our journeys at the moment may feel a bit risky, but rest assured, we will be doing everything we can to ensure you can book your trip securely.

*For the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic, Direct Ferries have waived our amendment fees. This policy will be reviewed and may change after 31st December. Operator fees may still be applicable for some tickets.
