*Moby Lines / Tirrenia will not charge amendment fees to change the departure date, departure time, route (however, a change of destination island is not possible) or booking holder. A change from Moby Lines to Tirrenia (or vice versa) is not permitted. Any price difference will be due, and Direct Ferries may charge amendment fees. The amendment must be made before the original booked departure date. If the new travel date is unknown, we will issue a voucher to be redeemed for departures until 31/12/2023, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 7 days before the original booked departure date to get a voucher issued. In the case of a return ticket, the date of the outward journey applies. Please note you will have to get in touch with our Customer Service team (via My Account) when needed, to benefit from your exceptional ticket conditions.
