"Disappointing "
There was no toilet paper in the wooman's toilet. Our in-cabin vanity was dirty The €3/hr internet was very, very weak! There was a terrible smell of fumes/diesel fuel in our cabin . Also the whole ship vibrated throughout the cruising
"Comfortable"
We had a good trip. Enjoyed the overnight facilities. Our one complaint is that we could not pay by card onboard. We had no cash so were unable to buy food, drinks, etc. This should be brought to passengers' attention.
"Not going to do it again"
I found your staff not very well trained in customer care. To be honest quite rude, especially the man at the reception desk of the ship.
"very well kept vessel"
i was pleasantly surprised how well kept this ship was and also the cabins are quite spacious . crossing was very good. also we had two dogs with us and we found no problems to keep them with us in the cabin. my concern was that on the ship they don t accept credit cards which was very bad for us as we did not have any cash.
"A great trip, with all necessary acommodation! "
This was my first experience with overnight ferries, and I was impressed! The ports were easy to find, the check-in procedure was straight-forward, and the trip across (to/from Bari/Durres) was smooth sailing!
"from Bari to Durres, all perfect"
I booked online and it's very easy and safe. Departure on time. Recommended. See you next time!
"Lucky journey..."
The crossing between Bari and Durres was good. But on the return they used a different ferry, one for freight from Malta. So there weren't enough cabins for the passengers and people slept on the stairs. I'd like to have a refund for this problem. If it's happen again, I won't travel anymore.
"crossing Bari-Durres"
the departure was at 23.00, we booked for a 3berth cabin and we were without sheets, dirty toilets and we couldn't sleep because of the drunk people running and screaming outside the cabin. No one from the staff was controlling around during the crossing. never again with Ventouris Ferries
"my trip"
the ship is very big and with only 2 toilets for more than 600 people. Boarding process too slow. Not good
"Travelling to Bari overnight"
I took the Ventouris ferry as the first leg of a two and a half day journey back from Albania to the UK. The ferry was due to leave at 11pm and was thirty minutes late. It was full with all beds taken and the remaining passengers finding a space on the floor to lie down for the overnight journey. I slept by an elevator which was in operation until midnight and was run by an excellent Egyptian guy. We arrived into Bari twenty minutes late at 8.20am, but it was ninety minutes before I was able to start the long drive through Italy. This was due to a very slow process in getting cars and other vehicles off the ferry. The previous night I had been shouted at by one of the crew while trying to park my car. This wasn't a good start. I would travel this route again, but may look for another company. There are alternatives which may prove a little more friendly.
"Bari - Durazzo"
the departure was 2 hours late, dirty ship and boarding process not well organized.
"never again"
First of all, we booked with Ventouris Ferries but we travelled with European Ferries. The duration of trip was meant to be 15hours and a half but we spent on board 18hours and a half and no-one explaint us the reason. There was just one toilets in the common area. We booked with deck space I we couldn't have a reserved seat. Bar too expensive
"bad organization"
they should always have a doctor on board
"it's better now than my last trip"
it's better now than my last trip
"nightmare trip"
I travelled in the ship Limassol, on the 20/07/14. Nightmare trip because the staff was nervous, lazy and no one could speak italian. A rude guy explained me where was the lounge with the reservated seats, and there were people drinking and sleeping on the floor everywhere. Dirty and smelling toilets. So i decided to sleep outside causing me a bad cold. Last time that we travelled we had a ship much more big and clean. The only positive thing on this ferry was the coffee... €2,00... I won't travel with Limassol anymore.
"Crossing Albania - Italy"
Both booking and check in went smoothly. staff is friendly and helpful.
