Crowned as a UNESCO Heritage Site, Visby exemplifies everything that is beautiful in Scandinavia; gloriously verdant scenery graces much of the landscape, and in the more urban areas, a myriad of mesmerising towers, spires and cottages create a wave of architecture that is unrivalled across much of Europe. What is there to do in Oskarshamn?

A quiet town on the coast of Sweden, Oskarshamn relies heavily on its naturally inviting landscape to attract tourism. After a day seeing the sights, head to the abundance of restaurants to sample the delicious local cuisine, with sea food typically served as the day’s special.
